Clemente H. Hinojosa Sr., beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend to many, 93 years old, of Brownsville, Texas, entered into eternal rest at his residence on Saturday, April 8, 2017 surrounded by his family.
Clemente was a dedicated upholsterer for many years with Sommers Furniture, he later worked for Capital Clothing Store as a Salesperson and he finished his career as a Custodian with B.I.S.D.
Clemente is preceded in death by his wife Rita Hinojosa, his parents Martin Hinojosa and Ninfa Hinojosa; brothers Ruben Hinojosa Sr., Pedro Hinojosa, Ernesto Hinojosa and Uvaldo Hinojosa.
Clemente is survived by his three sons; Clemente Hinojosa Jr. and his wife Josie Hinojosa, Arnoldo Hinojosa and Monica Munivez, Martin J. Hinojosa and his wife Patsy Hinojosa; his brothers Aristeo and his wife Dolores Hinojosa, Armando and his wife Blanca Hinojosa. Also, to treasure many memories are his grandchildren Steven Ray Hinojosa, Kristen Hinojosa, Jaime Robert Hinojosa, Joseph Alexander Hinojosa, Aide Alonso, Alyssa Alonso, Marie Nicole Hinojosa, Thomas Martin Hinojosa; his great-grandchildren Nathaniel Donavan Stucky, Davin Juaquin Robinson, Olivia Dania Robinson, Amelia Rose Hinojosa, Cara Renee Hinojosa and extended family members. He will be dearly missed.
Honored to serve as Mr. Hinojosa's pallbearers are; Steven R. Hinojosa, Jaime R. Hinojosa, Joseph A. Hinojosa, Thomas M. Hinojosa, Armando Hinojosa and Martin J. Hinojosa.
Visitation will begin from 1 p.m.to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, April 10, 2017 with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the North Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home. A Liturgical Service will be 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, in the North Chapel. Interment will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
