Simona “Mona” Loo, 69, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Valley Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving daughters.
Simona was a lifetime resident of Bayview. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed not only by her family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known her.
Simona was preceded in death by her beloved daughter Edith Benavidez.
Simona is survived by her daughters; Esperanza and her husband Glenn Marks, Dora Alicia and her husband Arnulfo Limon, Imelda Loo, Nelda Loo and Roger Viera, Yecenia Coronado and Daniel Zarate, Amy and Santiago Pink, Maria Loo and Jay Perez. Also to cherish many memories are her grandchildren; Benjamin Noah Marks, Alexander Daniel Loo, Eliseo Benavidez Jr., Jaqueline Benavidez, Arnulfo Limon Jr., Eduardo Limon, Moises Limon, Robert Lopez Jr., Lorena Lopez, Diego Vieria, Emiliano Vieria, Guillermo Flores Jr., Jesus Flores, Carmen Flores, Marcos Zarate and one more blessing on the way; her siblings, Cayetana Hernandez, Guadalupe Coronado, Damiana Becerra, Modesto Coronado, Lidia Perez,Reynaldo Coronado, Raymundo Coronado and extended family members.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, May 2nd, 2017, with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. in the South Chapel of Trevino Funeral Home. The chapel service is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2017 in the South Chapel. Burial will follow at Los Cuates Cemetery in Los Fresnos, TX.
Please accept my heart felt condolences, losing your dear Momma, to the enemy death, has to be very painful. May you find comfort in the Bible's promise at John 5:28, ' soon those in the memorial tombs will hear his (Jesus) word and come out....'.
