Ella Rivera Canales , 94, of Brownsville, Texas passed away on March 10, 2010 at her residence.

She is preceded in death by her husband; Servando Canales; three children, Nemencio R. Canales, Anita Martinez and Rodolfo Canales.

She is survived by her eight children; Esther Orive, Servando Canales Jr., Gilberto Canales, Ernestina Elizalde, Rosalinda Kranz, Guadalupe Jasso, Ella Burnett and Leonel Canales.

Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday March 12, 2010 at Trevino Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday March 13, 2010 at Trevino Funeral Home. Interment will follow at RoseLawn Memorial Gardens.

Serving as pallbearers will be Gilbert Elizalde Jr, David A. Elizalde, Anthony C. Elizalde, Michael Mallett Jr, Jerry Medrano, Carlos Orive and Brian Elizalde.
