Mr. George Chronis, 69, of Brownsville, Texas entered into eternal life on March 10, 2010 at Alta Vista Rehab Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Maria A. Chronis, George Chronis Sr. son; George Chronis III.

He is survived by his wife; Josefina O. Chronis; two daughters; Ana Maria Chronis and Amy Lopez; two sons; Adan Chronis and Abel Chronis; thirteen grandchildren and one great grandson, numerous nieces and nephews; eight siblings, Angel, Alberto, Hilario Chronis, Elena Chronis, Rose Garza, Alicia Hinojosa, Carmen Chronis and Minerva Cornejo.

Visitation will be held at 9 a.m. to 9 p.m Friday March 12, 2010 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Deacon Paul McArdle as the celebrant at Trevino Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday March 13, 2010 , with Deacon Paul McArdle as the celebrant at Trevino Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens

Serving as pallbearers will be Nick Chronis, Silvester Martinez, Joey Garza, Mike Garza , Albert Chronis Jr, and David Silva.
